Do the condo sales in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach fluctuate during the year? IS there a best time to buy a condo in Gulf Shores?
There was in the past. Gulf Shores is such a popular destination now, units stay booked year round. That being said, whenever you buy and start renting the unit, it's going to have guests immediately, which is good. The summer months are the busiest by far, but we are currently in a buyers-market and there is plenty for sale which favors anyone buying.
